Our solution

ThermaSiC is Seram Coatings’ proprietary silicon carbide-based coating, built from one of the hardest and lightest ceramic materials available.

Using conventional spray coating equipment, it delivers dense, low-porosity coatings across a wide range of thicknesses – from thin functional layers to heavy-duty protection.

Inert, non-toxic, and compatible with standard HVOF and APS processes, ThermaSiC is the first commercially viable thermal spray solution for SiC, opening new possibilities for high-performance surface protection across industries.
